AI Marketing Analyst

About This Role

We are looking for an AI Marketing Analyst to sit at the intersection of data science and marketing strategy. You will use AI and advanced analytics to generate insights, build predictive models, and help our team make smarter decisions for our brand and creator clients.

What You Will Do

• Build and maintain AI-powered analytics models for campaign performance prediction
• Analyze large datasets to generate actionable insights for marketing strategies
• Develop creator discovery algorithms and audience matching models
• Create automated reporting dashboards for clients and internal teams
• Research and implement new AI tools to improve our platform capabilities
• Collaborate with marketing teams to translate data insights into strategy
• Present findings to clients and internal stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years experience in data analytics or data science
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and AI tools
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large datasets
• Background in marketing analytics preferred
• Excellent data visualization and communication skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with LLMs and generative AI applications
• Background in the creator economy or influencer marketing
• Experience building recommendation systems
• Knowledge of social media APIs and data collection
