Business Development Representative

About This Role

We are looking for a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative to identify and qualify new brand opportunities for KeyMik™. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients — researching leads, running discovery calls, and building pipeline for our agency services team.

What You Will Do

  • Research and identify prospective brand clients across target industries
  • Execute outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone
  • Run discovery calls to qualify leads and understand their marketing needs
  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with the account management team to hand off qualified leads
  • Track all activity in CRM and maintain accurate pipeline data
  • Hit monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-3 years experience in sales, business development, or account management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Comfort with cold outreach and rejection
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot preferred)
  • Passion for digital marketing and the creator economy

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling marketing or SaaS products
  • Existing network of brand marketing contacts
  • Experience with sales automation tools
  • Background in influencer marketing or digital advertising
