How We Use Your Information

Keymik™ processes personal data only when necessary to deliver the services and products you’ve requested, to fulfill legal or contractual obligations, or with your consent. We also process data to support legitimate business interests—such as improving our offerings or communicating with you—always in accordance with applicable law.

Through our Website, you’ll have the ability to manage your communication preferences and update them at any time.

Providing Services and Fulfilling Contracts

We use your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to:

  • Verify your identity for security purposes
  • Communicate with you about scope of work, pricing, payment, and service delivery
  • Offer personalized product recommendations and strategic guidance
  • Deliver, maintain, and troubleshoot our services
  • Provide customer support and technical assistance
  • Improve, personalize, and develop our products and user experience

In some cases, we may share your PII with trusted third-party service providers (e.g., payment processors, hosting platforms, content delivery networks) who support our business operations. These partners receive only the data necessary to perform their services and are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose.

We process this information based on:

  • A contract between you and Keymik™
  • Your request for services prior to entering into a contract
  • Our legitimate interest in providing and improving our services

We will continue to process your information until the contract ends or is terminated by either party, in accordance with its terms.

Information We Process With Your Consent

In certain situations where no formal contract exists—such as when you browse our Website, request information about Keymik™ services, or inquire about career opportunities—you may voluntarily provide personal data. In doing so, you consent to our processing of that data, which may include Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

Wherever possible, we seek your explicit consent. For example:

  • Agreeing to our use of cookies

  • Send promotional offers or industry insights from Keymik™ or our affiliates

You have full control over the types of communications you receive. You can manage your preferences by selecting options on our forms, using unsubscribe links in our emails, or updating your settings on our Website.

Unless you’ve consented to a specific use, we do not use your information in a way that personally identifies you. We may aggregate data to analyze trends or monitor page performance, but this data is anonymized.

If you’ve explicitly authorized us, we may occasionally share your name and contact details with trusted third-party service providers who offer relevant products or services. We continue processing your data on the basis of consent until you withdraw it or it is reasonably assumed to have expired.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by:

  • Whether the same objective could be achieved through less intrusive means
  • Whether processing (or not processing) could cause you harm
  • Whether you would reasonably expect us to process your data in this way

Examples of legitimate interest-based processing include:

In the event that Keymik™ is acquired, merges with another entity, or undergoes a corporate restructuring, we reserve the right to transfer your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) to the successor organization. The new entity will retain the right to use your PII in accordance with this Privacy Policy or any updated version, subject to applicable law.
